This is a very popular class with our clients!You don’t need to be an athlete to take this class— you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques often incorporated into the training routines of the world’s top athletes.
Foundation Fitness BootCamp combines it’s trainers backgrounds of high – level athletes, U.S. Veterans and powerlifters, into an fitness class that’s intense and educational. And best of all, it’s a fun class!
We are not a big box gym, we care about each and every client and we include our nutrition program as part of our already low bootcamp membership. With indoor and outdoor classes offered (availability may differ from location to location) in the morning, noon and night, four days a week, this program will take you to the next level.

I not only experienced weight loss in pounds and inches, but also felt stronger, happier, and more confident. Workouts are always changing and becoming more and more challenging- and I look forward to our sessions- they are a great stress relief and I love the challenge! Beyond weight loss, I wanted to get healthier- and Kevin has gotten me there. I even got pregnant again and continued our workouts together (with doctor's approval) until just weeks before my delivery. I appreciate Kevin's friendly demeanor combined with his ability to modify workouts (especially with a growing baby belly!) to keep me healthy and challenged- all at the same time.
