How long have you been working at Foundation Fitness? I’ve been with FF for over 10 years.

What makes your location unique?  Aesthetically, our location stands out and is unlike any other you’ll find in the area.  Everything about the environment we have created is welcoming and non-judgmental, which attracts a diverse community of clients and staff.

Why should people want to work out at Foundation Fitness?  We have clientele who have been coming for 10 plus years which is a testament to the environment that we have cultivated.  People stay when they feel like part of a community and not just an ordinary member of a fitness facility.  Taking the time to truly get to know our clients allows us to help them achieve the results they desire.  When you view a client more like a family member, you tend to go the extra mile for them.

What does it mean to BE YOUR BEST?  To me this simply means striving each day toward becoming a better version of yourself.  The work that we do with our clients, we believe, helps move them toward better health, physically, mentally, and emotionally.  A little inspiration, motivation, and perspiration will move you toward your goals allowing you to be your best.

What is your FOUNDATION? My foundation is my health.  My health is my wealth!  Investing in your mind, body, and soul will attract and inspire others to do the same.
