A realistic range is 1-2 lbs per week in the first 8-12 weeks, with most of it being fat, not water. We track lean mass vs. fat mass on the InBody, not just total weight.

No. Strength training builds the lean muscle that makes you look more defined as you lose fat - it does not make you bigger unless you're eating in a surplus on purpose.

We don't hand out rigid meal plans because they rarely stick. Your coach builds a protein target, a calorie range, and habit-level changes you can actually keep.

The 8-week InBody re-scan is built around catching plateaus before they discourage you. We adjust training and nutrition before the scale stops moving.

During the consultation we will tour the studio, discuss your exercise/medical history and fitness goals, then review our programs to see what works best with your schedule and budget.

We place you with a trainer based on personality, schedule, and skillset.
Via the Foundation Fitness PT app, weekly InBody scans, and MindBody Online scheduling.
